Come and set your intentions for 2023! Create a vision board with Jenn and stay for a sound healing with Beth and a tarot reading with Klaudia. Magazines, Posterboard, glue and stickers will be provided, if you have specific pictures and items you would like to place on the board feel free to bring them.

Join Jenn in a Chakra Balancing Yin Yoga practice. Melt into 7 different Yin Postures, 1 for each chakra, while Beth plays corresponding chakra bowls. The class will be roughly 1 hour long. Feel free to bring bolsters or blankets for Savasana. Yoga mats and blocks will be provided.
