Sometimes we all need a little extra hand holding when it comes to our fitness journey. Personal training is a great way to focus on you and your personal goals. I understand that changing fitness habits is difficult. My goal is to change your view on healthy living, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle and reach your fitness goals.
I'm just a regular person who fell in love with working out and decided to get certified to teach! From my experience of going from gym to gym I know gyms can be intimidating so I created LIFT to take the worry out of your gym experience. I offer modifications for all exercises and have small class sizes (less than 4 people), so each member receives individualized attention.
