We help ladies learn how to love their bodies through strength training and intuitive eating coaching. Our studio is a safe and comfortable solution to traditional gym settings.
We offer:
Personal Training - One on one support and personal accountability at times that work with your schedule.
Partner Training - Two on One Training and accountability with sessions at a collaborative time.
Semi-Private Training - 3-4 People sessions based on a schedule with our most popular times and personal accountability.
All clients receive Intuitive Eating Nutrition Coaching individually and within groups.
