Sometimes we all need a little extra hand holding when it comes to our fitness journey. Personal training is a great way to focus on you and your personal goals. I understand that changing fitness habits is difficult. My goal is to change your view on healthy living, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle and reach your fitness goals.
I'm just a regular person who fell in love with working out and decided to get certified to teach! From my experience of going from gym to gym I know gyms can be intimidating so I created LIFT to take the worry out of your gym experience. I offer modifications for all exercises and have small class sizes (less than 4 people), so each member receives individualized attention.
In addition to in person Personal Training and Semi-Private Training, I offer online Personal training and nutrition services. Please book a call for more information.
We will soon be offering large group community workouts for free once a month. Please check out our Facebook, check our events page and join our mailing list for upcoming events.

LIFT has recently moved to a private studio location in Waterbury. I provide personal training, semi-private training, nutrition services and virtual training out of my home or yours, if you choose my home the address will be provided to you during our initial consult.
You are in the right place! We specialize in making beginners feel right at home. Our Semiprivate training classes are made for groups of 4 or less to ensure that each member gets individualized attention. Modifications are given for each exercise and new exercises are given to members recovering from injury, if necessary. Whether it's your first time in working out or your first time in a long time, we are here to help!
LIFT has recently ventured into the online training space. If you are interested in our services but are not local to the area book a call to talk with Jenn about virtual personal or group training.

Friday: 5:00 AM - 11:00 AM
