At LIFT, you won’t find judgment or unrealistic expectations. I am an experienced and compassionate trainer dedicated to helping you develop a positive relationship with exercise, focusing on strength, stamina, flexibility, and overall fitness rather than solely on weight or appearance.

I offer a wide range of inclusive and accessible fitness programs tailored to individual needs and abilities. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, we have programs and training options that will challenge and inspire you. You will have unlimited coach messaging with a 8-hour response time for form checks and workout questions.
